I came in for a slow leak in my tire. Your parking lot was being paved that day and it was a nightmare trying to get to the service door. Once I did, I had to sit and wait to pull into the garage because they were so backed up with cars. After I checked in, I waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours before I was told that I had a nail in my tire, but it had been patched. That wait time seems excessive for what I brought it in for especially since I had an appointment time.
Made things work out to mutual satisfaction. Accomodating and wanted to assure making a decision based upon correct information. Worked very effectively with my wife to help us select a vehicle that is to her satisfaction. Sales manager was great as well!!!

On 18 April 2026 had coolant service and multi point check than on 13 May 2026 had transmission fluid, power steering service and multi point check. On that day they reported radiator leak and advised replacing Radiator. Had messaged service advisor for more clarity on the damage How it was not reported previously and developed within 25 days of previous service? But have not got any response We also raised the query on their website but again no response so far

Everyone is very helpful at the service shop here. I got my oil changed and there was some minor damages on my steering wheel. My service advisor William and the manager Amy were was so helpful! Amy made me feel very calm and got it taken care of right away. Amy is the ideal manager to have on a team! Also I want to shout out maddy! She was very helpful to me on the phone!

Kevin did a great job understanding our family’s needs and finding us not one, but two cars we purchased on last Friday. We were able to take possession of a 2023 Mazda on Friday and Kevin is actually driving our 2016 Honda Accord to our home in Northwest Ohio this Thursday. That’s unusual, but the detail team identified a few issues with it and are fixing those at no cost and is then bringing it to us this week. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Kevin. They left my car outside overnight in a rainstorm. They did clean it the next day and told me it was ready but when I drove home my seat was still saturated and now smells mildewy. They said they would detail it but it was done pretty hastily.

The car had a major repair cost. It was disheartening. However, Martin always answered my questions and also tried to get me a discount through Honda. Honda didn't approve the discount but Martin was very patient with answering questions

I keep coming back to this dealership for my leased vehicles due to Winslow. This is my 4th or 5th leased car I get at this dealership because I like and trust working with Winslow. This dealership still needs to work on turnaround time to get through the process of obtaining a new vehicle. Was there approximately 4 hours! Also this dealership service department needs to work on their turnaround time. Last time I was there for an oil changes waited close to 3 hours! This needs to improve dramatically!!
