I’m Cricket Miller, Director of Merchandising and Marketing for Germain Honda of Dublin. My career in the automotive industry began in 1993, and I joined the Germain team in October 2022. I have served in several capacities gaining experience in wholesale operations, advertising, digital media, legal and statutory regulations, and training and development. My dad, well-respected in the car business for over 50 years, imparted valuable lessons I live by daily, “Be genuinely loyal to your customers, and they will be loyal to you. Do what you say you are going to do, and never go back on your word.” His work ethic is why I dedicate my efforts to providing the tools needed for Germain’s guests to enjoy a Gold Standard experience.
I was born a Buckeye arriving 10 minutes into the 3rd quarter of the Oho State Xichigan football game. I graduated from Franklin Heights High School and then went to The Ohio State University for a couple of years, where I studied medicine. Once the car business pulled me in, I enrolled at Franklin University with a focus on business and marketing.
Away from work, I enjoy doing karaoke, bartending, fishing, playing old-school board games, watching football and lacrosse, writing, and anything that involves being in the sun – take me back to Hawaii! I love cooking on the grill. I am the reigning Grill Master Champion of my household, though my significant other, Jim, refuses to acknowledge my superior skills. You might even catch me kicking back and listening to some of my favorite music Straight Outta Compton, You Oughta Know, One, or Me and Bobby McGhee. Sometimes, I enjoy spending time with the six kids I claim as my own. There are three biological, one foster son, and two adopted kids who are now adults, Brandon, Alex, Leanna, Big Alix, Jessica, and Jonathan. People may find it surprising that I went undefeated for three years as my son’s little league football coach, I was part of the security team for Chuck Norris when he was in Columbus, and I have been trained in classical voice. Of the Honda line, the Ridgeline had me at “Hello .” It’s fun on four wheels.
